| Skanska constructs office development in London Skanska has been awarded a contract to construct an office building in London. The contract amount is GBP 68 M, SEK 933 M, which is included in order bookings for the first quarter of 2007. The customer is Hermes Real Estate. The project is an eight-floor building comprising 21,000 square meters of lettable office space located in Gresham Street in the City of London.
