| Verder acquires Autoclude Verder Group and Samuel Hodge have reached an in principle agreement under which the Verder Group will acquire 100% of the shares in Autoclude Ltd. Autoclude designs and manufactures peristaltic pumps for mainly the OEM and the laboratory market. The company has distributors in many countries and has an extensive product range which covers flow rates from 1ml/min to 23 l/min, which are used in a diverse range of industries, e.g. medical and the dispensing of beverages. The Verder Group is a privately owned Dutch provider of liquids handling technology, sample preparation equipment and solids handling technology.
