| New carbide tipped saw blade Morse introduced new carbide tipped M-Factor saw blade. A specially formulated submicron grade carbide tip is paired with aggressive triple chip tooth geometry for tough abrasive applications such as aluminum castings, composite materials and non-ferrous metals. The results are an increase in productivity and blade life while reducing change over and down time cost. The new ½", ¾", 1", and 1¼" M-Factor carbide tipped bands are tough blades engineered with a high performance steel backer. These blades accept higher speeds and heavier feed forces required in carbide tipped band applications. The M-Factor is available in a variety of band widths and thicknesses. write your comments about the article :: © 2007 Construction News :: home page |
