| Impregilo shareholders elect new board of directors Impregilo said that the directors Roberto Altamura, Enrico Maria Bonatti and Gian Maria Chiarva had presented their resignations from the board of directors of Impregilo S.p.A., effective from the date on which the board completes approval of the draft financial statements for the year to and as at 31 December 2006, scheduled for next 29 March. The entire board will cease as the resignations of the directors in question come into effect.
