| Amec's division awarded NEC Group contract The Building and Facilities Services Division of Amec, the international project management and service company, has secured a major facilities management contract with The NEC Group, Birmingham. Amec will be responsible for delivering the mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance services to all of The NEC Group's venues, which includes the site exhibition halls and entertainment arenas near Birmingham together with Symphony Hall, the International Convention Centre and the National Indoor Arena in the city centre.
