| Royal-Pak launches trash chutes for high rise buildings Royal-Pak launches multi-compartment trash chutes designed to facilitate recycling in high rise buildings. Royal-Pak recycle chutes utilize a design which allows tenants to dispose of trash through a larger chute section, while disposing of recycling within the same door opening. The Bi-Pod chute features compartments for recyclables such as plastic, glass, cans and metal in one chute duct and trash in another. The Tri-Pod chute features compartments for Trash, another for Plastic & Glass, and a third for Cans & Metal, each with separate chute ducts. Each duct is labeled to instruct the tenants to dispose waste in correct openings. The trash duct feeds directly into the Royal-Pak compaction system, while each of the recycling ducts will funnel their respective materials into a recycling bin for easy disposal by the building staff. The Bi-Pod & Tri-Pod Recycle Chutes discharge can be designed to function with most room layouts. The Bi-Pod and the Tri-Pod are fully factory assembled with all vertical seams welded and tapered to allow easy slip joint assembly in the field.
