| Iberdrola Inmobiliaria to invest in a new development in Valencia  Iberdrola Inmobiliaria will invest 57.3 million euros in a new residential and tertiary building development in the locality of Lliria, 25 km west of the city of Valencia, which is forecast to be finished by the end of 2011. The company has now completed the purchase of the land with a gross area of 250,000 sqm of which 40,000 is constructible and will be destined to the development detached, semi-detached and blocks of multi-family first homes as well as commercial and hotel developments.The land acquired is in the extension of the urban centre of Lliria, in the vicinity of the public natural park of Coto de Catalá.
