| New solar project in San Diego Open Energy Corporation has been selected by McCullough-Ames Development as the sole provider of solar roofing tiles being used as a standard feature for a 29-home development located in San Diego, California. Open Energy's SolarSave Roofing Tiles are being installed as a standard feature on all residences at Gables Crossing, a housing development located in the Del Sur community of Black Mountain Ranch in San Diego. Each home is designed to have a 1 kW system that can be easily expanded to allow each home to be 'energy-customized' to meet the needs of its residents.
