| Finland's Poyry signs largest ever services agreement Poyry's Forest Industry business group has signed the services agreement regarding the implementation of a greenfield bleached kraft pulp mill of VCP - MS Celulose Sul Mato-Grossense Ltda (new corporate name of Chamflora - Tres Lagoas Agroflorestal Ltda) in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul in Brazil, now belonging to VCP - Votorantim Celulose e Papel SA as part of their asset swap with International Paper on February 1, 2007. The mill is expected to start up in the beginning of 2009.
