| WorleyParsons buys SEA Engineering Australia's largest engineering consulting firm, WorleyParsons has signed an agreement to purchase SEA Engineering Inc. (SEA) in a move that will expand the company's off-shore hydrocarbon engineering capability and resources. SEA is a Houston-based engineering company operating in the hydrocarbon / upstream /offshore / deepwater market sector. SEA provides its services worldwide including the Gulf of Mexico, Southeast Asia and the Pacific Rim, and West Africa. SEA's current staffing is 150 employees.
