| The Home Depot announces senior management changes The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer, announced that Frank Fernandez, executive vice president, secretary and general counsel, and Dennis Donovan, executive vice president, Human Resources, have resigned, effective February 14. The Home Depot has also promoted Tim Crow, most recently senior vice president, Talent, Organization and Performance Systems, to executive vice president, Human Resources, where he will oversee all human resources activity for the organization.
