| U.S. Concrete appoints General Counsel U.S. Concrete, Inc. announced the appointment of Curt M. Lindeman as Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Lindeman joined the company as Assistant General Counsel and has served as Corporate Secretary since September 2006. In this capacity, Mr. Lindeman will be responsible for overseeing the legal affairs for U.S. Concrete, including the continued development of corporate policies and strategies, as well as supervising U.S. Concrete's business transactions, contracts and litigation. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lindeman was most recently in private practice, representing both public and private companies with an emphasis on corporate and commercial transactions. Additionally, he has served as Senior Counsel for Coach USA, Inc., and as an attorney for Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P.
