| Dutch-French consortium to construct plant in Val-de-Reuil, France ![]() During the coming two years, DHV and its partners will design and implement the construction. The new communal wastewater treatment plant will treat the wastewater in Léry, meeting high European standards and thereby protecting the River Seine. The plant will serve around 60,000 people and includes a composting system that will convert sludge into compost suitable for agricultural use (Amendor Technology).
