| Carillion delivers new stadium for Harlow Town football club Schal, the project management arm of Carillion plc, has played a key role in the successful delivery of a new community football stadium at Barrows Farm, Harlow. Part of the £42m Harlow Gateway initiative, it was recently officially handed over to Harlow Town FC by local MP Bill Rammell.
