| Hochtief sells Frankfurt-based property to ING Real Estate ING Real Estate has acquired the WestendDuo complex in Frankfurt from the Hochtief Group for a purchase price of more than EUR 240 million. Featuring an innovative energy concept, the office property with its two 96-meter towers meets all the criteria of a low-energy building. Even before the foundation stone was laid, Hochtief had let 9,200 square meters of the office building on Bockenheimer Landstrasse to the renowned law office Hengeler Mueller. In December 2006, the 300 staff of the lawyers' Frankfurt base moved into their new offices. Among the other tenants are notable companies such as Henderson Global Investors and the Vapiano restaurant chain.
