| New Millermatic 140 wire welder  Miller Electric has created the simple wire welder, Millermatic 140 with Auto-Set. With the new all-in-one MIG welder, the user simply has to set the wire diameter and material thickness. The patent pending Auto-Set technology automatically sets wire feed speed and voltage to achieve optimal welding results. The Millermatic 140, available with and without Auto-Set, also provides smooth, spatter-free starts through Miller's Smooth-Start technology, improving weld quality and decreasing the need for spatter clean up. The Auto-Set feature works with C25 gas and either .024 or .030 solid wire.The Millermatic 140 with Auto-Set provides an easy-to-use chart and a manual mode feature which allows the user to manually set wire feed speed and voltage for broader applications.
