fensterbau/frontale rearranges hall allocation

The positions desired by exhibitors at fensterbau/frontale 2006 could barely be fulfilled and the over 100,000 trade visitors at the combined fensterbau/frontale and Holz-Handwerk exhibitions in March 2006 had to push their way through the gangways. The new halls 4A and 7A will therefore be included in the structure of fensterbau/frontale for 2008. Around 94,000 m² of gross display area are now available for fensterbau/frontale 2008 in the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg – over 20 per cent more than 2006. 60 per cent of the space is already booked some one and a half years before the next event.

The established concept of fensterbau/frontale has remained untouched, but the display area has been extended with the new day-lit halls and the remaining halls have been redistributed to the product segments. fensterbau/frontale 2008 will have the following breakdown of main product segments:

Hardware in halls 1, 2 and 4, with mainly locking systems/doors in hall 2;
Profiles in halls 5, 6, 7, 8 and 7A, with mainly facades in hall 7A;
Glass in halls 7 and 7A;
Machines in halls 3 and 4A, combined with operating systems in hall 4.
