| Hochtief Construction names new CEO Henner Mahlstedt (53) will take over as Chairman of the Executive Board of Hochtief Construction AG on April 1, 2007. Mahlstedt will succeed Dr. Friedel Abel (61) who will retire as planned as of the same date. With immediate effect, Mahlstedt will take on the post of Vice Chairman of the Executive Board. The Supervisory Board has appointed Achmed Kadded (45) as a regular member of the Executive Board of Hochtief Construction AG.
