Chillventa sponsoring body offers a unique chance

The new Chillventa exhibition takes place in Nürnberg for the first time from 15-17 October 2008. The convincing aspect of the new concept besides its recognized venue is that ALL the market players and therefore essential coalition partners for an exhibition have a say in the event. In addition to the exhibition committee, these partners include a unique sponsoring body with great opportunities and potentials for the German and European refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation industry.

The sponsoring body combines representatives from the craft trade, industry, supply trade, training, research and development, plant engineering and information and lobbying groups. The special nature of this body is not only the all-embracing constellation, but especially the link that it creates between the segments of refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heating. A comparable 'coalition of forces' has not previously existed in Germany.

The opportunity to organize a regular and active exchange of views via the grand coalition of Chillventa sponsors is also unique and makes it possible to speak with one strong voice for the first time. This capital will be particularly important in the dialogue with national and international legislative bodies. Those who recognize this now will also contribute to securing the future of the refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation industry through their active support for Chillventa and its sponsoring body.

The sponsoring body for Chillventa currently comprises the following representatives from associations and institutions: Klaus Arns, General Manager BIV – Bundesinnungsverband des Deutschen Kälteanlagenbauerhandwerks, Bonn; Jochen Winkler, President of ASERCOM – Association of European Refrigeration Compressor and Controls Manufacturers, Brussels; Dr. Thomas Schräder, General Manager Fachverband Allgemeine Lufttechnik im VDMA, Frankfurt; Manfred Seikel, Director Bundesfachschule Kälte-Klima-Technik, Maintal/Niedersachswerfen; Friedrich P. Busch, Director General of EPEE – European Partnership for Energy and Environment, Brussels; Dr. Karin Jahn, Director eurammon, Frankfurt; Günther Mertz, Director FGK – Fachinstitut Gebäude-Klima e. V., Bietigheim-Bissingen; Prof. Dr.-Ing. Eberhard Wobst, Director Refrigeration and Low Temperature Technology ILK – Institut für Luft- und Kältetechnik, Dresden; Prof. Dr.-Ing. Johannes Reichelt, founder of TWK – Test- und Weiterbildungszentrum Wärmepumpen und Kältetechnik gGmbH, Karlsruhe; Werner Rolles, Co-ordinator Chillventa Nürnberg Exhibitors Group.
