| Halliburton sells Irish Sea Pioneer lift boat A Halliburton subsidiary, Halliburton Manufacturing and Services Limited, has closed a deal to sell the Irish Sea Pioneer, a self-elevating workover platform, to a BHP Billiton subsidiary, BHP Billiton Petroleum Limited, for an undisclosed amount.
