| Egis acquires Sofréavia Egis, engineering subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts, has acquired the French airport engineering and air traffic management company, Sofréavia (Société Française d'Etudes et de Réalisations d'Equipements Aéronautiques). Sofréavia generated revenue of €24 million in 2005. With this acquisition, Groupe Egis, already a major player in the engineering industry and in publicprivate partnerships for transport infrastructure, has now become a global player in Air Traffic Management (ATM) and airports (engineering, concessions and operation). Sofréavia, which employs 180 people, is active on European and international markets in all aspects of air traffic management and airport engineering.
