| Sierra Pacific completes solar power installation Sierra Pacific Power Company has completed installation of a 75-thousand watt photovoltaic system at its five-story office building on Neil Road. The solar panels produce enough electricity to operate all the lights in the office building, or enough to serve 20 to 25 homes. The power company earlier installed a 10-thousand watt wind turbine and 12-hundred watt solar array at the office complex.
