| FedEx selects Kajima to construct GSOH hub Federal Express has selected Kajima Construction Services as the general contractor to undertake construction of its new Mid-Atlantic Hub Facility known as GSOH. Construction commenced on the sorting hub facility in Greensboro, NC. The sorting hub located on 165 acres adjacent to Piedmont International Airport will be comprised of multiple buildings serving various functions for the Hub operations, as well as, aircraft ramp and service systems. Construction is scheduled for completion during the third quarter of 2008. The new $122 million GSOH hub will be equipped with a state-of-art sort sorting systems and operations and support buildings comprised of a sort and truck building, an administration building, numerous support buildings and a World Service Center for retail access.
