| Amec to launch the world's first specification for partnering Construction giant Amec has played a significant role in the development of a best practice framework to improve collaborative business relationships published by the British Standards Institution (BSI) and Partnership Sourcing Limited (PSL). In devising the world's first relationship management Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 11000, Collaborative Business Relationships, BSI and PSL, called on Amec's expertise and experience of collaborative working or 'partnering' across a wide range of industries. PAS 11000 sets out an eight-stage framework that enables organisations to develop their own approaches to managing internal and external business relationships.
