| Saie 2006 attendance up  Saie 2006, the 42nd International Building Exhibition held in Bologna, has come to a very successful conclusion with an attendance figure of more than 176,000 professional visitors, 7% up on the 2005 show. Saie saw strong attendance by foreign professionals. These included large numbers of visitors from the Eastern European countries about to join the European Union alongside states from the former Soviet Union and former Yugoslavia, currently amongst the most promising markets for Italian and international companies.
