| Change-over in Hochtief's top management  The supervisory board of Hochtief Aktiengesellschaft agreed to the request of Dr.-Ing. Hans-Peter Keitel (59) to be released from his offices as member and chairman of the management board as per 31 March 2007. At the same time, Dr.-Ing. Herbert Luetkestratkoetter (56) was appointed deputy chairman of the management board and, as of 1 April 2007, Dr. Keitel's successor.
