Jerde hires Thomas Lehn

The Jerde Partnership, an internationally acclaimed architecture, planning and design firm, announced that Thomas Lehn has joined as vice president and design principal. Lehn, a veteran interior designer with expertise in creating branded environments, will lead an interdisciplinary design group to extend Jerde's signature experiential design into interior realms. The group, composed of interior, graphic and environmental designers, will work closely with the firm's architecture, planning and landscape disciplines, as well its as clients, to create integrated design visions and to evolve Jerde's founding philosophy.

Lehn most recently worked at Carrier Johnson in San Diego, where he was a design principal. Previously, he was principal and director at Rosetti in Southfield, Michigan, where he founded StudioRosetti, an interdisciplinary studio dedicated to designing branded environments. Under his leadership, StudioRosetti evolved into a multi-disciplined, firm-wide practice. Lehn has also served as senior interior designer in Gensler's Detroit office; senior vice president of Booth Hansen & Associates in Chicago; and partner of Kelly and Lehn in Kansas City, Missouri.
