Black & Veatch expands presence on U.S. West Coast

Continued demand for wireless site deployments in the western United States has resulted in an expansion of Black & Veatch's telecommunications operations with the company's addition of a regional telecommunications office on the West Coast.

The global engineering, consulting and construction company's growing client base in the region has led to a new office location in Corona, Calif., that will initially house 15 company professionals.

Black & Veatch telecommunications professionals have been working in California on a variety of wireless projects for clients for several years. The company has worked on telecommunication projects for wireless carriers, electric and water utilities and municipality sites in the region and foresees continuous growth in the area.
