John Laing Homes ranked best in customer satisfaction

John Laing Homes finished as the top-rated home builder in overall experience in the consumer survey administered by Eliant, the largest consumer research company in the United States catering exclusively to the building industry. In fact, Eliant ranked John Laing divisions as number one in seven of the eight categories evaluated in its survey, including purchase experience, personalization, finance and closing, construction, home readiness, overall quality, and highest referral rate.

Earlier this year, J.D. Powers & Associates named John Laing Homes highest in home builder customer satisfaction in Orange County in the 2006 New Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Studysm.

This marks the second year in a row that homebuyers have voted John Laing Homes the best in customer satisfaction in multiple surveys. In 2005, three independent, nationwide market research surveys ranked John Laing Homes as the leader in overall customer experience, including J.D. Power & Associates, Eliant, and National Research Systems.
