| REC Solar completes new PV system REC Solar has unveiled of one of the largest solar electricity systems in Torrance, California, at the Social Security Administration Offices. REC Solar installed an 87 kilowatt system on the building, which is expected to offset roughly 60% of the electricity consumed.
