| FCC net profit up 41.8% Spanish construction firm Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, S.A. (FCC) Group obtained 6,368.1 million euro in revenues in the first nine months of 2006, a 24.4% increase on the same period of 2005. International revenues increased by 68.4% and now represent 13% of total Group revenues (9% in 2005). All of FCC's strategic areas registered over 20% revenue growth due to good business performance and the effect of investments under the Strategic Plan. EBITDA totalled 947.5 million euro, a 32.5% increase on the first nine months of 2005. As a result, the EBITDA margin increased to 14.9% (from 14%). The backlog of works and services at 30 September 2006 was a record 23,540 million euro, 23.7% more than at 30 September 2005.
