| Parsons selected by AUD for plant expansion in Georgia Parsons has been awarded a guaranteed maximum price contract by the Augusta Utilities Department (AUD) to perform Construction Management-at-Risk services for the Highland Avenue Water Treatment Plant expansion in Augusta, Georgia. The $63.5 million project is an expansion of a conventional water treatment plant, originally constructed in 1939, from 45 million gallons per day (mgd) to 60 mgd to supply the downtown Augusta area and the Army's Fort Gordon.
