| Mactec and Royal Haskoning signed strategic alliance agreement Mactec and Netherlands-based Royal Haskoning have signed a strategic alliance agreement. Royal Haskoning was founded in 1881 (originally as Van Hasselt & De Koning; the title 'Royal' took effect with its 100th anniversary) and has 3,200 employees and 90 offices in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
