| Pneumatic SX series sanders from Chicago Pneumatic To help customers attain a smooth finish on metal and wood more easily Chicago Pneumatic, CP, provides a long handle on its low profile SX sanders. The temperature-insulating, oil-resistant handle accommodates comfortable positioning for single- or two-handled control. And, as with non-handled versions of SX Sanders, palm grips are included in two sizes for added operator comfort. The handled SX Series Sanders rotate at 12,000 rpm. Choose between 5" or 6" diameter models in three types: non-vacuum, self-vacuum and external vacuum. Most models are available in choice of two random orbiting patterns: 3/16" / 5 mm diameter for a standard finish or 3/32" / 2.4 mm diameter for an ultra fine finish. Self-vacuum sanders include a hose and bag. Central vacuum models are designed for facilities with a central dust collection system.
