New graphite coating from Dylon Industries

Dylon Industries has developed a new concentrated water-based high temperature antistick and release coating. Dylon Grade AA Ultra Graphite Coat may be brushed, spray or dipped on surfaces as hot as 1000°F.

The dried coating is very smooth and slippery with a low coefficient of friction, and a high electrical and thermal conductivity. It gives off no odors, smoke or pollution. Grade AA will not crack nor melt and run at any temperature, will not allow dirt to stick to it, and many be buffed to a 'mirror' finish. When no longer needed, it may be simply removed with cold water.

The new coating is a good release agent. Most molten metals, quartz, glass, concrete and ceramics will not stick to its surface. Castings of aluminum, copper, lead, zinc, silver and other non-ferrous alloys fall out of molds that have been coated with Grade AA.
