The HBP-510/923G Semi-Automatic Horizontal Miter Bandsaw has a miter range of 105° and is perfect for the accurate and economical cutting of profiles and solid materials. Used by the structural steel industry for high volume fabricating applications, The HBP-510/923G Semi-Automatic Horizontal Miter Bandsaw has a biased saw blade for ease in the cutting of profiles. This new bandsaw has a cutting capacity of up to 35.4" x 19.6" for profiles and up to 20" for round materials.The machine features a frequency controlled 7.4 horsepower main drive motor with a variable speed range of between 65 - 460 Surface Feet Per Minute. The speed is easily set, controlled and monitored on the operator's terminal. Hydraulic hardened clamping jaws ensure steady and precise cuts at all speeds.
