The alliance with the eight partners is a logical progression for the group since an earlier partnership was formed in June 2006 with Auchan from France, and B&Q from the U.K., both ranked amongst the Fortune 500 corporations. The collaboration with the eight partnering brands is regarded as a milestone for Shimao Property to expand its foothold in the commercial real estate market. In addition, the alliance has reflected the support and recognition that company has won from these internationally-renowned partners. Upon the established of this formal alliance, the partners will populate the group's various commercial property projects in Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Harbin, Kunshan, Shaoxing, Changshu, Yantai, Wuhu, and Jiaxing. The partners will gradually expand their network for greater geographical coverage including eastern China, coastal cities, and capital cities in varied provinces through the Group's commercial projects, from city to city. write your comments about the article :: © 2006 Construction News :: home page |
