| British Land to develop second phase of Blythe Valley Park  British Land, owner of Blythe Valley Business Park, has been granted planning permission to develop a second phase on the 256 acre West Midlands site creating 800,000 sq ft of new high quality office space. This brings the total consented to 2 million sq ft. It is estimated that the landmark development, off junction 4 of the M42, could bring more than five thousand jobs to the Midlands having received the go-ahead from Solihull planners.The award-winning business park already employs more than 3,000 people and combines 625,000 sq ft of high specification office space. The new £200 million phase in the business park's development will be surrounded by 14 hectares of country parkland.
