Opus East announces sale to complete Keystone Industrial Park

Opus East, L.L.C. announced the sale of a 242,443-square-foot build-to-suit Class A warehouse and distribution center to a Seattle-based partnership owned by Mr. Edward Chu. The sale of Keystone Crossings III, L.L.C. completes the 1.1-million-square-foot Keystone Industrial Park and opens the door for hundreds of new jobs for Bristol Township.

Keystone III has been leased to a high-profile, international personal-care products company that has chosen Bristol, Pa., to relocate its distribution operations from an out-of-state location. Keystone Industrial Park is strategically located near the PA turnpike, Route 413 and Interstate 95 and, at its new 100 percent occupancy rate, affirms the strong distribution and labor markets in the region.

The buyer was represented by Rich Mermelstein of Colliers International, of Seattle, and the seller was represented by Eric Berkman of Grubb & Ellis.

Opus East, L.L.C. is headquartered in Rockville, Md., with an office near Philadelphia and another in Stamford, Conn., and is one of five regional companies within The Opus Group.
