| New roof top photovoltaic system project in Germany One of the largest German roof top PV systems has started to be be constructed in the Bavarian district of Aichach-Friedberg. The project was developed by Planet Energy. A total area of 31,000 square meters will be covered with around 8,500 photovoltaic modules. Altogether, three large roofs will be turned into a solar power system with a peak capacity of 1.56 Megawatts.
