| Land Securities refurbishes Dashwood House The City of London Planning Committee resolved to grant planning permission to Land Securities Group PLC for the complete refurbishment of Dashwood House, Old Broad Street, EC2. The 15 storey building will undergo a comprehensive renovation, including the recladding of the exterior. The existing brown-red stone will be replaced by a lighter and more transparent glass cladding. Land Securities will also add a further three storeys to the building adding approximately 3,812m² to the 17,409m² property.
