| Opus West hires new director of real estate development in Texas Real estate development leader Opus West Corp. has hired Geoff Meyer as director of real estate development in Texas. Based in the company's Dallas office and focusing on the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Meyer in his new position will primarily be involved with office and industrial development opportunities, including feasibility, site acquisition, entitlements and oversight of development and leasing for company owned real estate development projects. Meyer previously served as director of leasing with CarrAmerica Realty Corp. in Dallas, where he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of existing office properties.
