| Multiplex builds the Motorcity Autonmall in Dubai Multiplex Group announces that its construction division in the United Arab Emirates ('Nasa Multiplex') has been awarded a Dhs. 940 Million (approximately $340 million) contract for the construction of the Motor City, Automall – Showroom and Office Tower complex in Dubai. The Union Properties project, located on the outskirts of Dubai, incorporates a 38-storey office tower and a 3 level auto-showroom.
