New Bosch digital Heat Gun

Bosch Power Tools announced the launch of its new 1944LCDK Heat Gun Kit with a new digital programming capability and easy-to-read LCD display. The new Bosch Heat Gun is the solution for professional heat gun users looking for precision heating capabilities in a broad range of applications and industries. The 13 AMP Bosch 1944LCDK Heat Gun provides 109 temperature settings ranging from 120°F to 1,200°F in 10° increments and 10 airflow settings ranging from 8.8 to 17.6 cubic feet per minute. Both temperature and airflow are clearly shown in the new LCD display.

New Heat Gun has the ability to simply set and store four specific temperature and airflow combinations. Quick and easy recall of the desired settings for common applications will simplify any task. And with over 1000 different temperature and blower combinations available, the right level of heat and airflow can be stored for just about any application. For certain applications, such as stripping old paint and varnishes, softening glues, drying paint and other finishes more quickly, or shrinking electrical insulation tubing over low-voltage wiring splices, the 1944LCD's programming capability not only prevents overheating, but also the endless frustration associated with ruined work.

Additional convenient features include a removable heat shield to access confined areas, and a special integrated stand to make bench top work possible. The new Bosch heat gun weighs in at only 2 lbs. and also offers a contoured soft grip area for exceptional comfort. The complete kit comes with its own hard case, while optional nozzle attachments include: HG010 Heat Spreader, HG020 Heat Concentrator, HG030 Heat Deflector, HG040 Heat Reflector.
