| Cegelec acquires Ensysta Cegelec, an international group providing technological services to companies and public authorities, acquired Ensysta, a Belgian company well-known in the design and build of process installations for the food, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. The company has a turnover of 30 million Euro and employs 200 people in Belgium, as well as in Shanghai in China. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
