Bouygues Immobilier inaugurates the Villa François 1er

Eric Mazoyer, Deputy CEO of Bouygues Immobilier, inaugurated the "Villa François 1er" housing development in the presence of Bernard Gauducheau, Mayor of Vanves, a southern suburb of Paris.

"Villa François 1er" promotes social diversity and includes a retirement home with a 110-room capacity, 39 housing units ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments for first-time home owners, a 79-bed serviced apartment hotel facility and 103 parking spaces. The units, sold at an average price of €4,440 per sq. metre including a parking space, were delivered before summer.

The programme is the result of close cooperation between the Vanves town council, GDP Vendôme, which owns and manages the retirement home, and Bouygues Immobilier. The retirement home was built under Bouygues Immobilier's policy to develop business on the over-50s market, with similar homes built in Vincennes, Sèvres, Maisons-Alfort and La Roche-sur-Yon in the Paris suburbs.
