| Vinci signs agreement with the Russian government  On the occasion of the official visit by President Vladimir Putin to France, Yves-Thibault de Silguy, Chairman of Vinci, and Igor Levitin, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, signed a memorandum of understanding defining the framework in which Vinci will provide support to the Ministry of Transport in rapidly implementing a large-scale transport infrastructure concession programme.
