| JM acquires land in Stockholm JM, one of the Nordic region´s leading developers of housing and residential areas, has signed an agreement with Sveafastigheter for the acquisition of land for 240 apartments in four high-rise buildings with 12 to 13 floors each in Racksta, Stockholm. The acquisition price is SEK 125 million. The acquisition of the land, which is close to Racksta subway station and next to Vattenfall's head office, will allow the conversion of a large parking area into a modern residential area.
