| Parsons awarded contract by International Linear Collider The U.S. Department of Energy's Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, Batavia, Illinois, has retained Parsons to develop cost models, estimates, and constructability reviews in support of the proposed International Linear Collider. The International Linear Collider is a proposed electron-positron particle accelerator to help researchers answer some of the most compelling scientific questions of the 21st century. Parsons' efforts will support Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory as part of the ILC Americas Regional Team, one of three international entities that are collaborating on the global design effort for this multibillion-dollar, high-energy physics facility. write your comments about the article :: © 2006 Construction News :: home page |
