| New Lazonics laser based on a new technology Lazonics LLC offers multiple CO2 lasers based on a new technology. The advantages are lower maintenance, lower cost to operate, highest efficiency, and less down time. With ratings that range from 1 kW to 6 kW, there is power to fit the most demanding needs. The footprint of each laser is about the size of a medium suitcase and weighs around 150 pounds. Optical quality of the beam is close to the diffraction limit, while overall efficiency can reach 16%. All of this is achieved with the lowest possible gas and electricity consumption. The travel area is unlimited on an XY cutting table when integrated with a Lazonics laser, because these lasers do not require an optical delivery system.
